Description of Project:           The construction of a sheltered block of 38No one & two bedroom apartments with a communal lounge & two small blocks of apartments.

Points of Interest:                   The site was part of a run down area close to Dudley Town Centre. The scheme comprised of the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new sheltered housing scheme.

                                                Accord Housing Association undertook the build programme on behalf of one of their BME partners, Nehemiah Housing Association. The scheme was developed for the local elderly West Indian residents within Dudley .

The site was officially opened by Lenny Henry in early 2005
