Description of Project:               The Construction of 6 Apartment and 5

Points of Interest:                     The site was acquired by Accord Housing Association with the view to developing 11 dwellings. Concept negotiated a Design & Build Contract to develop the scheme for Accord, based upon a stringent construction programme requiring the scheme to be delivered in just seven months.

The developments previous use was an unused bowling green . Together with Concepts expertise in fast track construction and the sites close proximity to local amenities, the Fowler Street Development has proved to be a great success.
