Points of Interest:                 

This was the first development project ,undertaken by Concept Development Solutions   Ltd and as such involved a complex land assembly process, prior to agreeing a land and construction package with Bromford Carinthia Housing Group.

The site itself has various development constraints, not least of which revolved around the need to negotiate a suitable highway access arrangement with Walsall MBC. In this regard, the site itself had been considered for development over a number of years, but no satisfactory Highway solution could be agreed upon. The Company successfully resolved this problem, and it enabled the overall land assembly to come forward prior to agreeing appropriate land and building contracts, with the Bromford Housing Group.
