Description of Project:               The Construction of 102 Properties

Points of Interest:                      The site was acquired by Concept Development Solutions Ltd following the Company’s ongoing success with the £450 Million Irish Quarter Regeneration within the Digbeth area of Birmingham . This project continued the massive transition of the Digbeth area, following the creation of a close working relationship with Birmingham City Council and the Local Community.

                                                There are many elements of this development that illustrate perfectly what Concept has been striving to achieve within the Company’s sections of the master regeneration. The inner courtyard consolidates small gardens situated at different levels across the scheme. This communal open space will form part of the future social fabric within the Irish Quarter. The copper facade facing Moseley Road enables the development to enhance the traditional street scene with the buildings contemporary aspects to form the basis of 21st Century living in Birmingham
