of Project:
The Construction of 96 Apartments including 3 Live Work Propertie.
Points
of Interest:
The
site was acquired by Concept Development Solutions Ltd in order to
further progress with the development of the £450 Million Irish Quarter
Regeneration within the Digbeth area of
Birmingham
.
This project continued the massive transition of the Digbeth area,
following the creation of a close working relationship with Birmingham
City Council and the Local Community.
The
development now portrays elegant contemporary elevations fronting
Bradford
Street
,
which really illustrates the transition of this area from part redundant
workshops and out dated office buildings to modern 21st
Century City Living Apartments.
This
project was awarded
Birmingham
City
Council Built in Quality Award for 2006.
