The
site was acquired by Concept Development Solutions Ltd with the primary
objective of adding a contemporary, sustainable development to Trident
Housing Associations existing residential units within Trident Close.
Using modern methods of construction which enhanced both the
environmental design and the economy of the scheme, Concept has
complimented the existing dwellings with this modern 30 dwelling
development. The timber cladding and white render style
elevations portray a contemporary style, which can be used to provide
design details which can retrospectively be utilised as part of the
upgrading of the adjacent Trident housing stock. |
