Description of Project:                The Construction of 51 Elderly Apartments.

Points of Interest:                     The site previously comprised of a vacant office unit with car parking. The site therefore required extensive land reclamation and specific treatment for Japanese Knotweed. Concept’s expertise in providing multi functional residential solutions for the elderly in the Bloxwich area, when combined with Accords management expertise has enabled elderly residents to be re-housed in a modern sheltered scheme. This has also allowed for the future redevelopment of a new redundant local authority elderly scheme.
