Description of Project:                The Construction of 20 Open Market Sale & Market Rental Apartments.

Points of Interest:                     Concept Development Solutions entered in to a joint venture agreement to develop the site. The scheme of 20 apartments with 10 for market rent and 10 for market sale proved to be a great success, selling out in three weeks. The site was formally a vicarage which had been converted in to offices.

The development also incorporated railing’s designs from local school children. These designs illustrated and commemorated the area’s heritage.
